Social Security and Disability
No Fees Until You Win
You work for years, and with every paycheck you put more money into Social Security in order to prepare for retirement. Except you get injured, or fall ill, before you have the opportunity to retire. The next thing you do is file for Social Security Disability (SSD) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI). You count on getting back the money you’ve put in for so many years. What you don’t expect is to be denied.
Let us help you get your Disability and SSI. You earned it. It’s your money.
You have a limited amount of time to appeal once you’ve been denied. Don’t hesitate to contact us today.
If You Have Been Denied
If you have been denied, you have to act fast. You only have 60 days from the date of the denial letter to have your appeal filed.

Some people believe that if they have been denied SSD or SSI, it is because they must not really be disabled, so they give up. Don’t do this! The Social Security Administration tends to deny most people, whether they are truly disabled or not. Don’t give up, we are here to fight for you.
Many people that initially get denied are approved at, or before, their hearing when we fight for them.
If you do not file your Social Security Disability appeal within the 60 days after your denial letter is sent, you risk losing back benefits. A “back benefit” is the amount of compensation you will receive if your appeal is found “fully favorable,” or completely approved. A Social Security Disability appeal can take up to two years to have a hearing, so this amount can be very large. You don’t want to lose this.
If you file your Social Security Disability appeal within the 60 days of receiving the denial letter, you will be able to save your back benefits.
And remember - we don’t collect any fee unless you win!
